Shipping and Returns policy
Note on Jan 6th 2022:
If you get the following message during check out:
"Some items in your cart can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again."
This is because our online store is not able to auto-calculate for the shipping cost for multiple products. Please email us directly and we will get you the exact shipping cost.
1. Shipping Costs
Due to frequent changes on shipping surcharge by courier services, all shipping cost on our website are only estimates.
Estimated shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination of the items in the order. Your bank will deduct the amount from your credit card after authorisation, but we will NOT capture any payment automatically after you place an order. We will check with the shipping address that you provide and revert via email with the exact shipping info. You can then confirm whether the shipping cost is acceptable to you, or cancel the order. There will be no cancellation fee for any order cancellation prior to email confirmation.
Please note that Shipping Costs is not refundable.
2. Warranty Returns
We will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 14 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Please note that warranty does not cover minor scratches on the product due to shipping / transportation. However we will review on a case by case basis for situation where the scratches are visible on more than 5% of the product.
