Shipping and Returns policy
1. Shipping Costs
(update: Oct 25, 2021 - shipping prices will go up by average 5% starting from Jan 1st 2022 according to DHL, FedEx and UPS. Please your order by Nov 30th to avoid higher shipping cost)
Due to frequent changes on shipping surcharge by courier services, all shipping cost on our website are only estimates.
Estimated shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination of the items in the order. Payment will NOT be charged automatically after you place an order. We will check with the shipping address that you provide and revert via email with the exact shipping info. You can then confirm whether the shipping cost is acceptable to you, or cancel the order.
Please note that Shipping Costs is not refundable.
2. Warranty Returns
We will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 14 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Please note that warranty does not cover minor scratches on the product due to shipping / transportation. However we will review on a case by case basis for situation where the scratches are visible on more than 5% of the product.
