eRacing Lab is excited to introduce our brand-new mounting system for our RS MEGA4U, RS MEGA+ and RS ULTIMATE.
The new mounting system includes 8 x brackets (2 per actuator) that are both incredibly simple and extremely flexible, with optional spacers that enable perfect mounting position base on your needs.
By setting the lower bracket at the default (lowest) position on the actuator, the cockpit sits just 4cm above the ground and puts your driving position even closer to the center of the "Y-Axis" for the ultimate 3DOF motion experience. This also let you get in and out of the cockpit effortlessly.
Then, when pairing the upper bracket to the aluminium profile body of the actuator, the mounting to the cockpit is extremely flexible and highly compatible with virtually all aluminium profile cockpits that are available in the market, including the latest from Sim Lab (ie: P1X-Pro), Trak Racer (ie: TR160S) and Advanced Sim Racing (ie: "Flat Face" series).
Thanks to the simplistic and minimalist design of these mounting brackets, the mounting now blends nicely with the cockpit seamlessly.

Additionally, as part of this new mounting system, there are also optional 40mm spacers available in different sizes (80mm, 120mm and 160mm). So whether you need to create clearance between the actuator and the upright of the cockpit, or simply to align the front and rear actuators perfectly in a cockpit like the TR120 or TR160S, you just need to choose the one that match with the base of the cockpit.
All RS MEGA4U, RS MEGA+ and RS ULTIMATE will be shipped with the new mounting system with immediate effect, and the optional spacers will be available from our online store beginning on Nov 1st, 2024.
